Hannah Johnston

Hannah Johnston is an anxiety survivor. After having a complete mental and physical breakdown in 2009, she was hospitalized thinking it was a heart attack. ER doctors told her it was ANXIETY, that it was permanent, and life would never be the same. But that just wouldn't do. She and God had other plans.

From that day on, she went all in on how to get freedom for herself. Since winning her freedom, Hannah has been a college professor, theatrical & voice actor, public speaker, coach, and author. Over the last 13 years, she's taught hundreds of women of all ages to overcome their chronic anxiety.
